Turkey Leftovers

You made a big turkey so you have a lot turkey left.  What do you do?
Make sandwhiches
Make open faced sandwhich with gravy
Chop turkey in pieces and freeze in small amounts
Make tacos
Make casserole
Make barbecue
Make turkey and noodle soup
Make vegetable, turkey and noodle soup 
Feed the rest to the dogs
Next time cook smaller turkey and bake a ham

Holiday Recipe

Delicious Southern Corn Pudding Recipe
Preheat oven to 350
2 cans corn – drained
1/2 cup of light or regular margarine, dash of salt
2/3 cup sugar  (Can use Splenda)
4 eggs
2 cups of milk
Melt margarine in a casserole dish while the oven is preheating.  Remove promptly once the margarine is melted
Mix remaining ingredients together, pour in dish
